How Dianetics Miracles Saved My Life

This Dianetics Miracles story is from Barbara Ayash.

Six years ago I passed out on the floor and woke up 30 days later after surgery correcting a massive stroke. Luckily, my husband had gotten me to the hospital fast.

52 stitches in my skull let me know I could have died. But I was unconscious 85% of the time, so my husband and dear friend applied what are known in Dianetics as "assist processes."

They continued those assists day and night, but after 30 days my husband was told that I would have to moved to a special home for disabled people so I could be cared for the rest of my life.

I was 69 years old at the time, and the idea that I would be unable to walk or care for myself shocked my husband and he said “NO WAY!” Our friend agreed and so they took me home.

The friend kept applying the assists daily and my husband ran my business while I recuperated. I was taken out for daily walks and Dianetic processes were continued for several weeks.

The final part of this story is this:

I am now 75 years of age and have been working on the job ever since.

I cook, I clean house, I mow lawns, and I continue to work every day 9-5 PM on my job as President of the National Children’s Set A Good Example Campaign and Student Challenge.

I am writing this account from my desk at work where I am expanding the campaign to help youth live happier, healthier, more productive and ethical lives.

Were it not for Dianetics "assist processes" I would not be writing about miracles today.
