The Fundamentals Behind "Positive Thinking"

The term, "Positive Thinking", was popularized in 1952 by Norman Vincent Peale in a book dealing with the application of a positive attitude toward life.

The verb, Think, comes from the more basic concept, Thought, whose definition was updated and clarified in this sense by L. Ron Hubbard as "the perception of the present and the comparison of it to the perceptions and conclusions of the past in order to direct action in the immediate or distant future".

Elsewhere he gives the noun, Thought, a more fundamental meaning, "the causal agent in an organism. It is thought which causes everything both structural and functional that happens in an organism. An organism without thought is already dead."

So if you are really interested in actually boosting your own ability to not only master "positive thinking" but to utilized the full power of Thought to achieve your goals in life, you will need to learn and practice the Fundamentals of Thought.

Positive Thinking Book They are contained in the book, Scientology, The Fundamentals of Thought that is a summation, if brief, of the results of 15 thousand years of thinking men.

Their materials, researched and capped by a quarter of a century of original search by L. Ron Hubbard, have brought the humanities, so long outdistanced by the "exact sciences", into a state of equality, if not superiority, to physics, chemistry and mathematics, way beyond anything like "positive thinking".

Is it possible to approach the vast subject of the mind, spirit and life and arrive at basic principles which not only explain the deepest mysteries, but provide an exact, measurable way to free yourself from them?

The answer is yes.

These basic principles can not only be known, they are tools that can be used to improve not only your thinking, but all aspects of your life. And you will find them in the book, Scientology: The Fundamentals of Thought.

What is Scientology?

"Scientology is a route, a way, rather than a dissertation or an assertive body of knowledge.

"Through its drills and studies one may find the truth for oneself.

"It is the only thing that can show you who you really are."

— L. Ron Hubbard

Scientology is the only major new religion to have emerged in the 20th Century that rapidly grew to thousands of organizations and groups. Now millions of people from all walks of life use it every day.
