What Is Real Self Help?

You are a rare person because you are still interested in Self Help. Only about 10% of the population remain interested past their youth.

But what is REAL Help?

Here's an example!

If you give a beggar on the street money, without the means to pay it back, you degrade him. You are saying, "Poor you. You cannot help yourself."

But, if you give him a job to do and pay him when completed, you are not only increasing his Ability by giving him a job he is able to do and rewarding him for it, but are improving his Self Esteem as well.

Ability is "the power to do something"

It is the most important factor in Self Help. The key abilities are "to observe, to make decisions and to act".

Successful action is dependent on the fundamental "Cycle of Action—Start, Change and Stop." —L. Ron Hubbard

To become able to drive a car, you need to learn how to Start it, to Change its location and to Stop it.

Inability to either Start, Change or Stop things is a primary barrier to success.

Many people have trouble with one or more of these steps. They can Start things, but not build them up requiring Change.

Some are always changing things but accomplishing little, and some continually fail to stop things that need stopping.

We will help boost your Ability.

You can overcome these and other barriers to greater HEALTH and WEALTH, and even rehabilitate yourself if completely bogged down in life.

You may think I am "blowing air", but you won't know for sure unless you try us out.

For example, if you are feeling upset or even overwhelmed, Take a Walk. Yes, take a walk and look at things until you feel better. Simple? True! But try it out.

Over 2,500 years ago, a very wise man gave us this important datum.

"What is true for you is true, and there is no other truth." —Siddhartha Gautama Buddha
